The BakFlip HD tonneau covers are made from an aluminum sheathed honeycomb core of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) providing excellent tensile strength and rigidity. The aluminum is coated first with two layers of primer and then and with the same black satin finish as the G2 that will not fade, crack, warp, rust or corrode. The texture of the product perfectly matches door handles, bumper trim, side view mirrors and bedcaps. The BakFlip can ship UPS and weighs about 35 pounds.
